Hiran is a businessman, a family man and a Sri Lankan, but not necessarily in that order. As owner of the biggest hotel group in Sri Lanka - Jetwing - and a key figure in the tourist industry, he has carried on his father's legacy and is now handing that on to the next generation.

For him, business isn't just about profit. It's about people. In this podcast he chats with Chris Coe about his life, his sustainable approach to both his employees (associates) and his guests. He also talks about how important spirituality in his life and how it guides him.
