Tiki Drinks! A Brief History!

Join as our host this week Roukan gives a brief history into the world of Tiki Drinks. 

And the Guys talk about when they first got introduced to tiki drink.

This Episodes Drinks:

• Brooks:  Singapore sling  .75 oz or 21 ml Lemon Juice - .25 oz or 7 ml Demerara Syrup

.5 oz or 15 ml Luxardo Sangue Morlacco  .25 oz or 7 ml Benedictine 1.5 oz or 45 ml London Dry Gin 1 Dash of Orange Bitters

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters

2 oz or 60 ml Seltzer

Garnish with a Lemon Wheel

• Corbick: Mojito - 3 mint leaves

1/2 ounce simple syrup, 2 ounces white rum, 3/4 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed, Club soda, to top

Garnish: mint sprig and lime wheel

• Roukan: Formidable Dragon-  3/4oz lemon .5 honey syrup, .5 molasses syrup, .5 Amaro Di Angostura, 1.5 blended age rum, 1 black blend rum, .25 pot still rum


• Recommended Rums: Pot Stilled Lightly Aged - Journeyman Road's End Organic Rum (overproof)

Blended Aged - Pusser's (blue label)
