Hey there, Florida water lovers! It's time for your Coastal Waters Forecast, straight from the National Weather Service in Miami.

Today, we're looking at some fresh to strong northeast flows sticking around through the weekend. That means hold onto your hats out there! Hazardous conditions are in store for the Atlantic waters, and the Gulf waters won't be spared this morning either.

For our Gulf Stream enthusiasts, watch out for those northeast winds at 20 to 25 knots, gusting up to 30 knots, with seas reaching a whopping 7 to 10 feet. So, maybe hold off on that leisurely cruise until Saturday.

And for the boaters near Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach and beyond, a Small Craft Advisory is waving its flag through Saturday evening. Picture this - winds at 20 to 25 knots with occasional gusts up to 30 knots, seas dancing at 6 to 9 feet, and that occasional rogue wave at 11 feet.

Looking ahead, Saturday night might bring some showers with those gusty northeast winds continuing, so it's wise to batten down the hatches and keep an eye on the skies.

Don't forget, for those eager for more detailed updates, check out the link in our show notes.
