Hey folks, time to dive into your Coastal Waters Forecast for Florida. Hope y'all are ready for some weather wisdom!

Out there in the Atlantic and Gulf coastal waters, we're looking at a mix of easterly and southerly breezes today thanks to high pressure hanging around. But hold onto your hats because by Friday, those winds will shift southwest as a chilly front heads our way from the north. We might hit near advisory levels by Saturday into next week, so keep an eye out.

No hazardous conditions in the Gulf Stream, just some helpful location markers for you boat enthusiasts. Oh, and a shoutout to the Naval Oceanographic Office for the data.

For the detailed nautical nitty-gritty:

Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach, expect light winds turning Northwest and building up to 6-foot seas by Saturday. Plan your waves wisely.

Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef, lighter winds but watch out for gusts up to 20 knots. Seas could reach up to 6 feet, so brace yourselves on the water.

Chokoloskee to Bonita Beach, smooth sailing today with winds switching back and forth, seas staying calm. By Saturday night, things might get a bit choppier with 2 to 4 foot seas.

And don't forget about Lake Okeechobee, with some fog in the morning, light winds turning North and gusts up to 20 knots. Waves getting up to around 4 feet, so hold onto your rods and reels.

In Biscayne Bay, winds playing tag between North and Northeast, giving you a moderate chop by Friday night. Hold onto your hats!
