Alright folks, let's dive into the coastal waters forecast for Florida, brought to you by the National Weather Service in Miami.

For Atlantic coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef and Gulf coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee, we've got some heads up for you.

Expect fresh to strong easterly winds across the Atlantic waters this weekend, bringing hazardous conditions today and worsening early next week. Gulf Stream showing easterly winds of 20 to 25 knots and seas up to 7 feet for the weekend, increasing to 7-10 feet next week.

Now for the specific areas:

For the waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach, there's a Small Craft Advisory until Monday evening. Today, easterly winds at 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Seas reaching 4 to 6 feet occasionally to 8 feet. Rough conditions out there, folks.

And for the waters from Chokoloskee to Bonita Beach, today will bring easterly winds at 10 to 15 knots, occasionally gusting up to 25 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet, occasionally up to 5 feet. Keep an eye out for a chance of showers in the afternoon.

For Lake Okeechobee, small craft should exercise caution, especially with increasing northeast winds today. Moderate chop expected on the lake waters.

Biscayne Bay, also under a Small Craft Advisory, with easterly winds at 15 to 20 knots and gusts up to 30 knots. Choppy conditions with a chance of showers.
