Hey there, folks! Time to break down what's happening out on the waters of beautiful Florida. The Atlantic and Gulf coastal areas are in for a bit of a bumpy ride. So, hold onto your hats and let's dive into this coastal forecast.

For Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef out to 60 nautical miles, and from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee out to 20 nautical miles and beyond, we're looking at some serious sea action. Expect swell heights reaching between 10 to 15 feet over the Atlantic waters, especially around Palm Beach. Hang tight, because conditions are expected to gradually improve as we head into the weekend.

Now, small craft advisory is in effect through Saturday afternoon for the Coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach out 20 nautical miles, and further out. Northeast winds of 15 to 20 knots will keep seas quite choppy with heights between 10 to 14 feet, occasionally hitting 18 feet. Showers may make a cameo but should mainly stick around in the morning.

Moving forward, the outlook shows seas subsiding and winds easing up as we approach Sunday. So, there's hope for smoother sailing as the weekend progresses.
