Hey there, coastal friends! Time for a rundown of what Mother Nature has in store for us out on the waters of beautiful Florida. Let's dive right in!

For Jupiter Inlet to Deerfield Beach out to 20 nautical miles, today expect those easy breezy east-southeast winds at 5 to 10 knots and seas of 2 feet or less. Intracoastal waters will be just a light chop, with a chance of morning showers and thunderstorms. As the night falls, similar conditions will persist, with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Friday amps up a bit with east winds at 10 to 15 knots, and seas remaining calm. Showers and thunderstorms might pop up, so stay prepared.

Moving further south to Deerfield Beach to Ocean Reef out to 20 nautical miles, we're looking at similar conditions - with gentle east winds today turning into east winds at 10 to 15 knots tonight. Seas around 2 feet, so a smooth sail out there. Showers likely on Friday, so keep that rain gear handy.

For Lake Okeechobee, expect peaceful conditions with east winds at 5 knots today, giving way to a light chop tonight. Showers and storms are also in the forecast.

Lastly, we have Biscayne Bay, where east winds at 5 to 10 knots will keep the waters nice and calm, with chances of showers and thunderstorms throughout today and into Friday.

Remember, folks, things could get a bit dicey this weekend and early next week with potentially hazardous marine conditions as a tropical wave approaches. Keep an eye out for updates. And as always, safety first.
