Alright folks, let's dive into your Coastal Waters Forecast for Florida from the National Weather Service in Miami - it's your go-to guide for what's brewing out on the water.

Today along the Atlantic coast from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef and Gulf coast from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee, we're looking at a mix of SE winds ranging from 5 to 10 miles per hour, creating seas 2 feet or less with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. So, keep an eye out for those pop-up storms!

Tonight, expect more of the same with SE winds, calm seas, and a sprinkle of showers possible after midnight. Friday brings similar conditions with a slight kick up in winds towards Friday night, but nothing too dramatic.

Heading into the weekend, Saturday and Sunday will see a mix of E to SE winds around 10 to 15 miles per hour, with seas in the 2 to 3-foot range. Showers and thunderstorms are likely, especially on Sunday, so be ready for some wet weather.

Over at Lake Okeechobee, it's all about those smooth waters today with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Weekend plans? Well, expect some chop with showers and storms likely in the afternoon.

Biscayne Bay will see SE winds of 5 to 10 miles per hour with a light chop today, but things might pick up a bit Friday night into Saturday. So, keep an eye on the forecast before heading out on the bay.
