Alright, so here's the scoop for the Atlantic coastal waters from Jupiter Inlet to Ocean Reef out to 60 nautical miles, and the Gulf coastal waters from East Cape Sable to Chokoloskee out 20 nautical miles and Chokoloskee to Bonita Beach out 60 nautical miles, including Biscayne Bay and Lake Okeechobee.
For today, expect some pretty chill conditions with winds around 5 to 10 knots shifting to the northeast later on. Seas will be about 1 foot high. There's a slight chance of thunderstorms in the morning, followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.
Tonight, winds will be coming from the east-northeast at 5 to 10 knots, with seas less than 2 feet. There's a chance of thunderstorms in the evening, followed by showers through the night.
Looking ahead, Thursday will bring more of the same, with winds from the northeast at 5 to 10 knots and seas of 2 feet or less. A slight chance of showers and thunderstorms is on the horizon.
By Friday and into the weekend, we'll see increasing easterly winds and seas due to high pressure building to the north of the area. So, keep an eye out for those gusts and possibly higher waves.
