Alright beach lovers, it's time for your Coastal Waters Forecast for East Central Florida brought to you by the National Weather Service in Melbourne. So, let's dive in!

For those cruising the waters from Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out 60 nautical miles, we've got a high-pressure system bunkering down in the Southeast US, sauntering towards Florida by week's end. Expect some rowdy northerly winds stirring up messy to perilous boating conditions today, but fear not - things should smooth out nicely by midweek.

If you're hitting up the Gulf Stream, pack your sea legs for some fierce north breezes at 15 to 20 knots and swells peaking at 5 to 8 feet. Hang tight, mates!

In the Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line region spanning 0-20 nautical miles, it's a Northwest wind party today at 15 to 20 knots, whipping up seas of 3 to 5 feet, occasionally showing off at 6 feet. Expect a choppy ride on the intracoastal waters, so secure those sunglasses!

As for the extended outlook, Wednesday brings mellow North winds at 5 to 10 knots, calming the seas to a more benevolent 3 to 4 feet. Smooth sailing ahead, folks.

Remember, from Flagler to Volusia-Brevard County Line 20-60 nautical miles out, we've got a Small Craft Advisory from later this morning into the night. Northwest winds packing a punch at 15 to 20 knots with waves rising to 5 to 7 feet, occasionally showing off at 9 feet. Hang onto your hats, sailors!
