Hey there, East Central Florida! Time for your coastal waters forecast, so let's dive in.

So, a cold front is rolling through the Atlantic waters today, stirring up some less-than-ideal boating conditions from this afternoon through Saturday. We're talking freshening winds and building seas, folks. Those high-pressure systems are taking over after the front, keeping things interesting into next week with some possible hazardous conditions near inlets during outgoing tides.

Now, in the Gulf Stream, we've got north winds picking up to 20 knots and seas building up to 7 feet. Watch out for those long period swells out there, folks.

For Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line, we've got a Small Craft Advisory from this afternoon through tonight. Northwest winds shifting to the north around 20 knots, with seas building to 4 to 5 feet, occasionally 6 feet this afternoon. Chance of showers, so pack that rain gear just in case.

Heading into the weekend, things stay breezy with winds around 15 to 20 knots on Saturday. Seas around 4 to 5 feet, occasionally hitting 6 feet. Choppy waters, folks.

And remember, for more detailed info, check us out at the link in the show notes.

Thanks for tuning in and make sure to subscribe to never miss an update!
