Hey there, folks! Time to dive into the Coastal Waters Forecast for East Central Florida brought to you by the friendly folks at the National Weather Service in Melbourne.

Today, we’re seeing some poor to hazardous sea conditions, with seas ranging from 7 to 10 feet due to some high pressure hanging out over the Atlantic waters. But fear not! Improvement is on the horizon as we head into the weekend. Just watch out for a sneaky cold front making its way over on Tuesday, bringing along a chance of showers and isolated lightning storms.

For our buddies out in Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line up to 20 nautical miles, you've got a small craft advisory until later this afternoon. Northeast winds of 5 to 10 knots and seas ranging from 5 to 7 feet, occasionally up to 9 feet. Keep an eye out for a slight chance of showers today.

As we move towards tomorrow, looks like Sunday will bring us some smoother sailing with seas calming down to 3 to 4 feet. Just a heads up, there’s a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.

And hey, remember, for more details and updates, you can always check us out via the link in the show notes. Thank you for listening and make sure to subscribe to never miss an update!
