Hey there, folks! Time for a rundown of what Mother Nature has in store for our Atlantic coastal waters in East Central Florida.

Today, you can expect some favorable boating conditions overall, but keep an eye out for long period swells near inlets during outgoing tides that might stir things up a bit. We've got a front creeping in as the week progresses, bringing in increased chances of rain showers and lightning storms by mid to late week. So, it's your choice if you want to do a rain dance or carry an umbrella – your call!

For Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet, closer to the shore, we're looking at southwest winds today at 5 to 10 knots, shifting to the south and some afternoon showers and thunderstorms may pop up. Seas around 3 to 4 feet. Smooth sailing this evening with a slight chance of showers lingering.

Moving on to midweek - expect a mix of winds from southwest to southeast, with chances of thunderstorms and showers dancing around each day. Remember, it's always a good idea to keep an eye out for those higher winds and waves in and near thunderstorms.
