Hey there, folks in East Central Florida! Time for a bit of weather wisdom for our mariners out there. So, what's the scoop for the coastal waters from Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet out 60 nautical miles?

Well, we've got some fresh to strong east winds coming your way, so if you're planning some boating adventures, you might want to hold off for a bit. Expect those seas to build up and create some hazardous conditions through mid to late week. Also, keep an eye out for rain and thunderstorms popping up as waves of moisture move across the area.

Now, for you adventurers venturing out into the waters near Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line, we've got a small craft advisory in effect until late Thursday night. Today, look out for east winds around 20 knots and seas ranging from 6 to 8 feet, occasionally up to 10 feet. There's a chance of showers and thunderstorms in the mix as well.

For tomorrow, Thursday, expect northeast winds around 15 to 20 knots, with seas remaining elevated around 6 to 8 feet. The weather may throw in a mix of showers and thunderstorms to keep you on your toes.

And remember, winds and waves can kick up higher in and near those thunderstorms, so keep a weather eye out. If you want more details, check out the full forecast via the link in the show notes.

Thank you for listening, and make sure to subscribe to never miss an update!
