Alright, folks, time to dive into the aquatic realm with the Coastal Waters Forecast for East Central Florida issued by the National Weather Service in Melbourne. So, grab your seaworthy gear and let's sail through the waves of information.

For those cruising from Flagler Beach to Jupiter Inlet, expect light northeast winds due to a distant low pressure system. Brace yourselves for scattered showers and lightning storms today, but hey, high pressure will swoop in by midweek, lowering your chances of getting caught in a downpour.

Heads up for our sailors near the Gulf Stream waters north of Port Canaveral - seas of up to 6 feet until sunrise!

In the Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line area, you're looking at a mix today - with a chance of thunderstorms in the morning and scattered showers throughout. Winds will be relatively calm, around 5 to 10 knots, and seas at 3 to 4 feet. Tomorrow, expect more of the same gentle winds, with seas easing up a bit.

Moving further out, for our friends from Flagler Beach to Volusia-Brevard County Line from 20 to 60 nautical miles offshore, exercise caution before sunrise! Winds around 10 knots and seas potentially reaching 6 feet, decreasing to 4 to 5 feet. A bit bumpy out there, but by the weekend, winds will calm down, and we might see a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.

Remember, always keep an eye out for thunderstorms as they can elevate winds and waves in their vicinity.
