Sean Davidson

On this episode of the Coachspeak Podcast, Justin talks with Sean Davidson. Sean is a a high school AP social studies teacher, and has started his educational leadership program.

Sean is also a former college and high school football coach. In those roles, Sean has served as a  Director of Football Operations, Assistant Head Coach, and offensive coordinator. Sean is also a former Division III quarterback and punter.

Sean and Justin discuss both the alignment and non-alignment of your Core Values to job opportunities, being 'brutally honest' with yourself, and why establishing your WHY before starting coaching is the key to fulfillment in the field.
