Cord Sgaglio-Head Cross Country Coach at Limestone University

He is now the Head Cross Country and Assistant Track and FIeld Coach at Limestone University. Cord has a background in developing athletes from scratch and talks about the generalist approach to coaching. He also gives his philosophy on speed for distance runners and a more quality based approach to distance running.
