In today's episode I am discussing some basic rules of gym etiquette. These are just some things that I've noticed people do in the gym throughout my time there. These are things that are often quite a nuisance to the people around them and slightly disrespectful. So, I figured hey let's give these people a reminder that the gym is a public space that other people are also paying to use.
