In this episode I discuss why I believe your personal fitness goals are 10% physical and 90% mindset dependant. We all have the potential for better health, a better body, and a better lifestyle. There's something deep down in all of us that knows we can be better. There is an untapped potential. In order to get there it requires the risk of comfort. The physical plan is only a small portion of what creates success, the belief in that plan is the fuel.
