The hardest day to be motivated is when we feel tired and uninspired. It is easy to do when we fill pumped and motivated. We are going to have those days when we feel like doing nothing. But this is the time to exercise self discipline. Because we cannot be motivated 24/7 but we did set a goal to get it done. The longer we prolong our goals, the longer they will take to get accomplished. This is the time period to build endurance by working at our goals even when we dont feel like it. The rewards will build strength and get us closer to victory.
