Welcome to “How You Say It Affects How They See It” - Episode #15 of Co-creating Peace – a series about conscious communication and conflict transformation. This episode is part 2 of a 2-part series on reframing. Last week, I told you about what I consider to be one of the most powerful tools I know for both peacemaking and psychological well-being: reframing your perspective. Today, you’ll learn how to use reframing in your communication to help you more skillfully navigate challenging communication and difficult conversations.
Joining me today, is Diane Grover, founder of LifeDance Mediation Services in Albuquerque, NM. Diane is an award-winning mediator, in practice since 2003. In the past 18 years, Diane has performed over 1000 mediations, including more than 700 divorce and parentage cases.
Several years ago, Diane and I co-authored a workshop on reframing communication, titled "Wrangling With Reframes".
Share your thoughts, reactions, feedback & ideas with me. I'd love to hear from you!
