farm bill and trading issues with Kelsey barns

I visited with kelsey barns from farm journal foundation for today's program for this afternoon. We talked about important issue with the farm bill and trading issues with China. She was explaining why not just passed the farm bill is ready pass on this year. We'd definitely discussion about it with her on back roads of Illinois.
