11-Having Goals

The necessity of having goals cannot be underestimated. Goals will beset you one way or another, so it is imperative that you participate in establishing and enforcing your own goals, rather than let them be placed upon you by others. To this end, if you can tie your own goals to those of the organization within which you work, you can gain a strategic advantage, not only in your personal life but also in your organization's progress as well.
