Neurodiversity is an important topic. As a society, we’re becoming increasingly more aware of the differences in how we think and interact as individuals. As clinicians especially, we’re trained to recognize neurodiversity when others may not see it, and we have a wonderful opportunity to help our neurodivergent colleagues show up exactly as they are.

I’m discussing how to manage your expectations of yourself and others, and you'll learn how to adopt a mindset that will enable you or any neurodivergent clinicians you work with to have a better experience as a clinician.
