Doing cardio can be a challenge both physically and in terms of the time it takes to commit to it. Could it be possible to augment your cardio workout with either cold or hot water immersion and still get the benefits of that cardio session? AJ takes a look at that in this research review where the researchers did a proof of concept study to see if there was any impact with using either type of water immersion. The results are very interesting.
