Research Review: Anecdote vs. Statistical Information

Trying to convince someone that a certain technique, item or program is the most effective can be a daunting task. There are many ways in which to communicate the information but which way is most effective? Telling stories and testimonials? Or getting them the hard facts and statistics about why something works? In this research review we looks at that very question and provides some insight on when and where to use different types of information to help make your case.
