It is the second week of our year end holiday awards, the Clearlys! Last week, we discussed our favorite TV characters of 2014. This time around, we are looking at a more classic list—Brooke, Joey, and I are breaking down our top 10 favorite shows of 2014.

This has truly been a revolutionary year for television—one that saw streaming solidify itself as a force to be reckoned with when Amazon burst onto the scene with its groundbreaking new drama, Transparent. We also saw heated debates about what constitutes a miniseries and where they should compete in awards shows, plus the incredible comeback of Comedy Central, anchored by new shows Review and Broad City.
