Then The Screen Directors Playhouse, originally broadcast May 1, 1949, 76 years ago, The Trouble With Women starring Ray Milland.  A comedy about a professor of psychology with an interesting theory on how to handle women...beat them up! A girl reporter decides to challenge this novel approach

Followed by Mr. Ace and Jane, originally broadcast May 1, 1948, 77 years ago, Have you ever seen a dream walking?  Jane has a dream about a race horse and makes everybody she knows bet on the horse, then drags Mr. Ace out to the track to watch her dream horse run. Or, as Mr. Ace puts it, 'Did You Ever See A Dream Walking?'

Finally Lum and Abner, originally broadcast May 1, 1942, 83 years ago, Things Look Rather Shady.  A meeting is held with Gregory W. W. Van Dobbs. Where's the money?
