Episode 001 -- Eric Hernandez, CEO of Knockout Fitness LLC/Boxer

Check out the first full episode of ClassCast, our podcast focusing on how school and education function in people's "real" lives. This episode features Eric Hernandez, a former student of Ryan Tibbens, a professional boxer, the owner/operator of Knockoutfitness LLC, and an all-around great guy.   We've stalled the release of Episode #001 because Eric let slip that he and Ciera are expecting (and today, we found out that it will be a BOY)! Episode #001 is great because it captures raw, unplanned, unstructured conversation about school, business, and more; however, this was also the first episode, so our volume is a little low and we lost a few minutes of material because we were still learning.
