This week we talk about Lauren's peaceful and transformative experience during a 2-day Reiki class. And yes, there were tears. She's now a certified Reiki Level 2 healer, but not without some awkward crying.  We delve into the world of healing, and hear what she learned about Usui Holy Fire Reiki.

Did you know you can use a stuffed animal to send Reiki energy? Neither did we. Lauren talks about learning to send Reiki from a distance and how she uses her new "powers" (her word, not an actual term) to help relax their daughter before bed.
