Thanks for tuning in to Civically Speaking. In this episode I am honoured to have Christine Hrudka as a guest on the show. Christine is a pharmacist by profession and we dive into the world of pharmacy.
Christine is the past Chair of the Canadian Pharmacists Association, an advocate for women in leadership and entrepreneurship, a pharmacy business owner, speaker, advocate, and more. Check out her LinkedIn profile for more information.
In this episode we explore a number of issues Christine is directly involved with - ranging from the role pharmacists play now during pandemic times and could be playing more of; to working with helping with getting better access to drugs like naloxone to help those with a drug overdose; to the evolving roles pharmacists can, should and will be playing now and in the future within the health care sector.
