This week, co-lead pastor Alex Leyva continued our series on Colossians with verses 3:18-4:1. Throughout the first 17 verses of chapter 3, we learned about the individual's transformation through the Gospel. Now, we see how Jesus transforms our relationships with other people. We learn that our international transformation is the building blocks for how we live among others.
These verses speak to three different relationships of people: husbands/wives, children/parents and slaves/masters. Paul addresses each person in these relationships with an overarching instruction of humility and working as to the Lord. Thank you, Lord, that your Word is perfect, and that you shape every area of our lives!
