Park talks with Leighanne Soden, Executive Director of West Cancer Foundation, along with Jenny Vergos, West Cancer Foundation Board Member, who both highlight the nonprofit organization's mission and efforts to break through barriers to cancer care through early detection, research, and resources for all cancer patients in the Memphis and Mid-South region.

During the interview, Leighanne shares some of the history for the organization and talks about how West Cancer Foundation supports all cancer treatment centers and patients in the Mid-South, not just West Cancer Center. She spotlights some of their programs, including Breast Health Education and Screenings, Transportation, Lymphedema Compression Garments, Research and Education Grants, a Wig Boutique and more. Then, Jenny highlights one of their upcoming events, Soul Soiree, which is taking place on May 5, 2023, and how the community can support their efforts.
