Nashville Radio Show: College of Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University

Host Jeremy C. Park talks with Dr. Steve Joiner, Dean of the College of Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University, and Executive Director of the Institute for Conflict Management at Lipscomb University, who highlights the College and how they are intentionally addressing local, national and global issues to prepare leaders to navigate, shape and steer the direction of matters affecting communities and people around the world. The College is comprised of four institutes and one school, all of which focus on both outreach and academics.

During the interview, Dr. Joiner discusses the different degree programs and their importance, talks about their partnerships and impact on the State of Tennessee, highlights their Rule 31 training with mediation, and shares some tips around conflict management. He also provides information on upcoming special events and ways the community can get engaged in their educational efforts and programs.
