Our first official episode is here! We sat down to chat with Josh Greeson, owner of Sidedoor Bagel and learned his story from farmers markets to brick and mortar. He teaches us the difference between a bialy and a bagel and sheds light on how supportive the Indy community has been for his business. Josh connects Indy to Indy through the only locally owned bagel shop in town and tells us all about what keeps him going making thousands of bagels in a week!
