EP156: Why are Kids so Anxious and Depressed

For the past few months, I have been doing a thought experiment on why it seems kids are more anxious and depressed then ever.

After speaking with a few professionals, reading articles and books on the topic, I came to the conclusion that this problem is multi factorial and one in which has slowly been occurring over the past few decades.

This episode has complex ideas, experiences from my own life and some thoughts I have never shared before.
