In this episode I share a conversation that I had with a friend recently regarding eating. While at a party I was asked, “still doing that health thing, huh?” I answered yes, I believe I am and from there began discussing how small changes over time turn into huge lifestyle changes over the years.
I believe in human beings and I believe that we all have the ability to change.
Small, incremental gains over time have the ability to really become something huge if given the necessary time.
