If a dog is attacking someone, are you able to sprint and offer your hand?
If you have to cross a creek to help someone, are you able to balance on the stones to cross and get to them?
If you have to help carry a friend who injured their leg, are you going to be able to?
These are all questions we don’t think much about until we find ourselves in situations that will require it. In this video, I share a few ideas on how we can all train ourselves to be better equipped to handle any unpredicted situation thrown our way!
