Today's guest, Jennifer Gastelum, is retired from Pima County Adult Probation and now started a life coaching business "Thin Blue Line Coaching" that helps first responders create healthy habits (mentally, physically, etc) and she works with "The Wounded Blue," a peer support training organization for police officers/ first responders.
