Foot Locker gets a new owner and a leadership shakeup! Dick's Sporting Goods finalized its $2.4 billion acquisition of Foot Locker, and CEO Mary Dillon stepped down. Ed Stack from Dick's will oversee Foot Locker globally, while Ann Freeman (formerly of Nike) takes over North America.
