Chicago reels after a night of violence: Three dead in separate West Side shootings. Two men, Deandre Russell and Nurrie Foy, were killed on South Maplewood Avenue, followed by the fatal shooting of Tia Bell on West Gladys Avenue. The shootings occurred despite recent talks between city officials and residents on combating gun violence. No arrests have been made as detectives investigate.
