To give us insights and share valuable experience on the subject,  we have CHI’s Consultant, Prof Jonathon Gray! Jonathon is a Quality Improvement Fellow and Executive Director of Transformation at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, and Clinical Director at Life Sciences Hub Wales. 

He is also the founder of CLIMB, Cardiff’s unique immersive leadership programme, where young leaders support each other throughout their careers, with the hope of making a difference to the world. Armed with all the questions to enrich this conversation, is our guest co-host, Grace Soon, a member of CHI’s FLYING, a guild that brings together future leaders and young innovators to build, transform and lead healthcare into the future. Grace is also a human resource manager with Tan Tock Seng Hospital
