The Bulls now have an elite defense...or do they?

On a new episode of BullsHQ, host Mark Karantzoulis (@mkhoops) is joined by Fred Pfeiffer (@cbefred) to discuss yet another dominant Bulls win against a very bad Atlanta Hawks.

By thumping the Hawks, the Bulls have now jumped up to 4th on defense this season. Mark and Fred discuss the validity of that ranking, if it is true reflection of team's skill and scheme, or more so related to their light schedule.

Also on the show, Mark and Fred talk Wendell Carter and his improved (?) jump shot, whether Lauri Markkanen's improved play throughout December is enough to justify faith in his ceiling, where Markkanen ranks in comparison to his contemporaries from the 2017 draft, reports of the Los Angeles Clippers willing to trade for Thad Young, and what the Bulls should be doing at the deadline with Kris Dunn.
