are you burnt out? are you doing too much to even handle? burnout is a series of feeling unmotivated, mentally and physically exhausted. this is caused by excessive and prolonged stresses within your life. getting burnout from work, school, sports or university is normal! sometimes you just need that break and stop pushing yourself through the exhaustion. i give some handy advice for you guys so go listen!
