Clarice (Jodie Foster) is an FBI agent in training when she's given the job of profiling one of the most dangerous killers currently held in custody. Hannibal Lector (Anthony Hopkins) was an extremely intelligent psychiatrist until eventually being caught as a serial killer and cannibal. But now Clarice and her mentor Crawford need Hannibal's help in figuring out the identity of a man who's kidnapping woman only to remove sections of their skin. It's a race against time before Buffalo Bill's latest victim ends up on the cutting room floor.
