Jess Vickruck - Empowering Women in Trail Running

This week the boys had a great conversation with local trail runner and founder of the Fredericton Women's Trail Running Group Trailmix. We spend some time sharing our love of trail snacks as well as her journey from being a non-runner to a passionate trail runner, highlighting the importance of community, the joy of trail running, and the unique experiences that come with it.
