In this episode, I reflect on the long-term impact of the COVID-19 era on a generation of children—now teens and young adults—who grew up shaped by lockdowns, fear, and an obsession with illness. From masks in P.E. class to years spent indoors, what has this done to their health, their sense of safety, and their identity?

As someone working in a holistic clinic, I’m seeing a startling trend: young people over-researching symptoms, bouncing from doctor to doctor, popping supplements and pills like candy—and unknowingly detaching from their bodies. They're not just sick… some are becoming addicted to being sick.

Is it attention? Is it trauma? Is it misplaced trust in a broken system?

In this episode, I explore:

  • The emotional imprint of fear on developing minds

  • How medical obsession can become identity

  • The dangers of early overmedication and undernourishment

  • Why learning to feel your body again might be the most radical act of healing

This isn’t a medical episode—it’s a social observation. One I hope stirs thought, self-awareness, and maybe a little rebellion against the system that’s profiting from our disconnect.
