Eating "healthy" foods does not mean you'll automatically lose all the weight you want and get your SIX PACK. You can, in fact, be eating all healthy, be a bit overweight, and be still healthy and full of energy. Weight loss is not such a simple thing. It takes practice, it takes tracking and measuring progress, it takes learning and adjusting.
