Ingredients (1 serving):
1 Ripe avocado
1 Tb spoons of cacao powder (better raw for more antioxidants and minerals)
Your favorite healthy sweetener (to taste)
Healthy sweeteners - Just Like Sugar, Sweet Perfection – for extra sweetness
Optional:
1-2 Tb spoons of coconut cream for extra smoothness
Your favorite nuts and berries or cacao nibs to decorate and for extra crunchiness

Directions:
Cut and spoon out your avocado into the blender or food processor
Blend avocao with cacao powder and sweetener in a good blender or a food processor into a pudding
Chill in the fridge or freezer for the best eating experience
(Add nuts, nibs, berries, if desired)
