Our very special guest Rafael Ulloa is the executive director of national newspaper El Tiempo Latino and El Planeta in Boston. He’ll be giving us insight into how communicating with Latinx has evolved over time, what has or has not worked, how misinformation campaigns have wreaked havoc in the communities, and what are the channels that are up and coming when reaching out to the Latino community.
